I am an ardent generalist with experience in design strategy, visual & motion design, design research, and writing. I moved to New York from California in 2013 to pursue my MFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute, where I used ethnographic research methods to study the fluidity of identities in hybrid digital-physical interactions.
Currently working as: a designer & researcher at Google, NYC.
More specifically: My team creates video & graphic content, design systems, and event branding for the Developer Relations arm of Google. I am responsible for managing internal design operations, leading design strategy and creation for our social output, and supporting asset creation for developer events.
